By Brock Sheridan Dorth Vader, a homebred of John Ropes, will be competing in the $500,000 Personal Ensign at Saratoga Race Course, aiming for her second Grade 1 victory of the year. She will be facing off against Thorpedo Anna and five other fillies and mares. Dorth Vader previously finished fourth in the Grade 3 Molly Pitcher but hopes to return to winning form. Thorpedo Anna, the 2024 Horse of the Year, is the morning line favorite at 6-5. The race will also feature Randomized, Dazzle Move, Raging Sea, Bernietakescharge, and Leslie’s Rose.
